Temperature control in archives, chemistry and medicine
When air cools down, it gives off humidity. Organic materials such as screens, books, wooden artefacts and files are extremely sensitive to humidity. Precision air-conditioning systems are highly reliable in keeping the temperature in archives and museums at a stable level. An auxiliary heater provides backup when the outside temperature is low.
In chemical and pharmaceutical laboratories, too, precision air-conditioning systems regulate the temperature precisely to the last degree. They maintain a controlled environment for chemical reactions and cell cultures.
